At SPI Timeshare Software, we've been initiating dialogues on our blog about a number of issues. Here are a few examples:
I recently wrote about how "Going green can save you green," particularly when it comes to your annual maintenance fees and/or mortgage receivables. We discuss how you can harness the Internet to help reduce the costs of mailing and postage fees, as well as providing for the convenience of your customers. With today's Web-based timeshare software, your customers can go online to send in their credit card or PayPal payments.
We wanted to share with you an idea we recently came across on how to "Turn minivacs into memories." Resorts can help prospective owners/members take photos and build memory books they'll want to share with their friends back home. Thanks to today's wonderful online photo development sites such as Snapfish and Shutterfly, sharing memories is easy and resorts can help guests custom-design their own memory books.
"Setting priorities and getting organized" is the first step in providing your clients with outstanding customer service. SPI Software's Vice President, Client Service, Gordon McClendon talks about how you will find that being well-organized helps your employee to understand your company's priorities and to see that your customer truly comes first.
One of our articles written after the 2010 ARDA Convention in Las Vegas describes an educational session on how "Being a leader through diversity" improves a timeshare organization. The speakers showed listeners how diversity is not only about different generations, genetics or gender; but is also about differing beliefs, educational backgrounds, income levels, work styles, job titles, employment status, hobbies and so forth. They showed that good leaders encourage their employees to be inclusive and to embrace diversity to promote new, winning ideas and strategies.
Join us at SPISoftware.com We write on many topics you may find to be of interest and welcome your thoughts about timeshare software and technology. We hope you will also feel free to bring up any business-related topic. And, while you're at it, let's be friends on Facebook.
Thanks and very best regards,
